RENTAL FAQ'S

SUMMARY OF HOW IT WORKS:

1. Pick and purchase the pack size that you wish to rent (remember your full deposit is refunded once you return your rented wraps).

2. We send out your rental wraps via a tracked delivery service the following day (delivery costs are included in the rental price).

3. You will receive the size of pack with the number of wraps that you ordered in a selection of co-ordinated Christmas prints (please keep your box for the return)

4. Wrap all your Christmas gifts, creating zero waste! Enjoy the compliments knowing that you are part of a new wrapping revolution!

5. Decide whether you want to keep all or some of them or return all your rented wraps. Wraps need to be returned to us by 31.01.22. If you keep some or all of them, remember your deposit will cover the cost of them and you will have purchased them at a discounted price.

6. If you wish to return them, send back your rented wraps in the original box. Use the pre-paid UPS returns label that you received with your wraps and drop off at your nearest UPS drop off point.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

To rent a pack of 10 wraps, the rental cost is £23 (this includes full delivery costs), and the deposit is £40

To rent a pack of 20 wraps, the rental cost is £30 (this includes full delivery costs), and the deposit is £88

To rent a pack of 50 wraps, the rental cost is £60 (this includes full delivery costs), and the deposit is £232

DO THE WRAPS COME IN A SELECTION OF SIZES AND COLOUR?

Yes, each pack includes a hand-picked selection of gift wraps, including sheets of Crackle Wraps, Gift Bags +/- Stretch Wraps (depending on chosen pack size) in a selection of 3 sizes and colours/complementary print patterns.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS VIA UPS?

To return, send the item(s) back using the enclosed prepaid UPS label and drop off at a UPS depot (https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_GB). Please re-use the box your wraps arrived in, not forgetting to include your completed RETURNS form and tape up securely.

CAN I USE ROYAL MAIL TO RETURN MY WRAPS?

You can, however only UPS services are free of charge for returning your wraps. If this option is not available in your area just get in touch with us and we’ll be able to find a solution.

WHAT IS WRAG WRAP RENTAL?

Wrag Wrap Rental is a reusable fabric gift wrap rental service for the Christmas period only.

WHY RENT?

Renting your gift wrap for Christmas ensures that you eliminate all your wrapping waste with a product that can be used again andagain. Being able to re-use a product over generations eliminates the need to manufacture more of the same product. Let’s start to share what we already have in this world.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

When you rent out the wraps, we will take a deposit which is fully refundable as soon as the wraps are returned. We will take on any repairs etc that are required, there will be no quibbles with your deposit if the wraps are returned to us by 31/1/2022.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Wrag Wrap Rental is only available to customers based in the UK.

HOW DO DELIVERY/RETURNS WORK?

We use UPS to send out your wraps to you. And a UPS pre-paid label will be enclosed with your wraps for you to return them. This is a fully tracked service.

DO YOU USE SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING?

Yes, we do. All our packaging is re-usable and at the end-of-life recyclable. Please look after your box and return your wraps using it.

WHEN DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

If you are not keeping your wraps, please return them to reach us no later than the 31st of January 2022.

I LOVE MY WRAPS; MAY I KEEP THEM OR GIFT THEM AWAY?

Of course, you can keep any or all your wraps. If you keep some or all of them, remember your deposit will cover the cost of them and you will have purchased them at a discounted price.

CAN I WASH MY WRAPS?

Each wrap has a care label with washing instructions. What’s great about the wraps is that you can wipe them clean, therefore reducing the amount you need to launder them.

ARE REFUNDS POSSIBLE?

We don’t offer refunds, however if you’re unhappy with the service please do let us know and we will try to make it right as quickly as possible.
