DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE THAT ROYAL MAIL IS EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELAYS TO THEIR NORMAL SERVICE. IF YOU NEED DELIVERY IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS THEN SECOND CLASS MAY NOT GET THERE IN TIME. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT SECOND AND FIRST CLASS DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE NOT TRACKED SERVICES.

Spend £50 or more to qualify for free standard delivery within the UK.  Free delivery option will appear at checkout.

Choose between a flat rate of £2.95 for Royal Mail 2nd class (2 to 4 working days) or Royal Mail 1st class for a flat rate of £3.45.  We also ship to mainland Europe, North America and Australia with a rate based on order size.  Delivery charges can be seen by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping Charge" button in the shopping basket.  If you would like to order but live outside of this area, please contact us to see if we can deliver to you.  

We will despatch your wraps within 1 working day of receipt of order - although we do aim to despatch same day for orders received before 2pm (Mon - Fri).

Selecting the "Royal Mail Next Day" delivery option means you will receive your wraps the next working day provided your order is placed before 1pm Mon - Fri.

Here are the latest recommended posting dates for all services to UK addresses. We can't guarantee that these will get there before Christmas unless you go for the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, are not satisfied with the quality, or the wrong product has been delivered, then you may send the item back within 28 days of the date of despatch.  Items must be in their original condition.

If you created an account with us when you made you purchase, you'll find your original order in the "My Account" section of our site under "Completed Orders".  From there, you can specify which item you are returning, and start the returns process.  If you used the express checkout (i.e. do not have an account), then just email us using the contact form in the "Info" section.  Either way, we will email you back with the next steps.

Please specify either a refund or an exchange for another item of the same price, and enclose a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.  We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

We will refund your shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within around 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper - although hopefully sooner.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (around 5 business days).
