This Privacy Policy describes Wrag Wrap®’s practices with respect to Personal Information and Anonymous Information that we collect when you use the Services. PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
We collect the following Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily:
If you register through the Site to receive a Wrag Wrap® newsletter (and become a Wrag Wrap® Advocate), we collect your full name, e-mail address and mailing address, as well as your opinion about our products. When you contact us to learn more about the Services, we will collect your name and your e-mail address. When you contact us by sending us an e-mail, we will collect any information that is contained in (and/or attached to) your e-mail.
PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT VIA TECHNOLOGY
As you use the Services, certain information may also be collected passively, including your Internet protocol (IP) address and the browser that you use to visit the Site. Wrag Wrap® also stores a small text file called a “Cookie” on your computer to store your login information (if any) and your personal preferences for the Services. PURCHASES MADE THROUGH OUR SITE
All order fulfillments will be made by Wrag Wrap®. In the future we may decide to use a third party fulfilment service for Wrag Wrap® products. At this time, we will ensure that his third order fulfilment partner will make available to you its website policies that govern its collection of Personal Information from you. Any Personal Information you provide to such third party will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy and website terms of use, and not to this Privacy Policy or the Wrag Wrap® Terms of Use.

When we delete information that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases but may remain in our archives.

We do not intentionally collect or maintain information from persons under the age of 13.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through the Site interface or, if you have provided your e-mail address, by e-mail. You agree that such amended Privacy Policy will be effective thirty (30) days after being posted or sent to you, and your continued access to the Site or use of the Service after that time shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
