Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
Orders entered before 3pm are despatched the same day, and you can expect delivery on the 3rd day.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, are not satisfied with the quality, or the wrong product has been delivered, then please send the item back within 28 days of the date of despatch. Items must be in their original condition with the swing tag attached. Please request either a refund or an exchange for another item of the same price, and enclose a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
We will refund the price of the item within 3 working days of receipt of return. Initial shipping charges will also be refunded in the case of damaged or incorrect goods.
